Our Assembly Service

If you need assembly on your item we’ve got you covered for a small fee of QAR 49 per item.

Here’s what happens when you opt for our assembly service:

• Our assembly team will arrive at the address you provided.
• They’ll talk with you to understand where you want the item to be assembled and assess & update you on any risks involved
• Assemble your item and check that it works properly.
• Please do note, our delivery & assembly team will not be able to drill into walls, floors etc or perform any kind of plumbing, masonry, welding work etc. other than the basic assembly of the product for you.

EXCHANGE GUARANTEE ON SMALL APPLIANCES

• ACE Exchange Guarantee (Guarantee) is a replacement guarantee program available to customers who have purchased Small Domestic Appliances/SDA (excluding microwave ovens) from ACE whether online or in-store.
• The program gives the benefit to the customers to get their faulty small domestic appliances exchanged in case of mechanical or electrical breakdowns for a nominal fee.
• The applicable guarantee fee needs to be paid to be enrolled for the Exchange Guarantee program.
• The fee for the ACE Exchange Guarantee program is as below:

• It covers small domestic appliances (except microwave ovens) proven as defective due to mechanical or electrical breakdown only, which means that the item suffers from a failure of a component which is required for its functionality or safe usage.
• This Guarantee is only applicable for the period of 01 year from the date of purchase of the item by the customer.
• To avail Exchange Guarantee, please bring the faulty item to any ACE Qatar store for inspection along with the original proof of purchase.
• The item must be in original packaging and must include all accessories that originally came with the item.
• In case item is bought under Buy 1 Get 1 promotion, only the main item is covered under Exchange Guarantee.
• If the purchase price of the guaranteed item cannot be determined because it was bought in combination with other products or services, ACE reserves the right to confirm the price of such item(s).
• The Guarantee applies only to small domestic appliances purchased by the customer for domestic use. Any items purchased for commercial or for hire/leasing purposes will not be covered under the program.
• Original proof of purchase is a must to avail the Exchange Guarantee
• Consumable components such as filters, pads, chemicals, which must be replaced or serviced from time to time are not covered by this Guarantee.
• ACE’s limit of liability shall not exceed the Original Purchase Price of the item as stated on the Proof of Purchase.
• The replacement item will either be the same item or a similar product with the same Original Purchase Price
• The Exchange Guarantee is not applicable in the following cases:
  • The original proof of purchase is not presented
  • The original proof of purchase has been altered or is illegible
  • The item purchased is used for commercial or for hire/leasing purposes
  • Any repair (or attempted repair) of the item will void this Guarantee, whether or not the damage has been caused by that repair/attempt.
  • Removing or tampering the product rating label or seal will void this Guarantee
  • Incorrect storage, use or operation of item contrary to safety standards, physical or program damage due to misuse is not covered by this Guarantee.
• The decision of the ACE technician or manufacturer’s authorized service technician, as applicable, shall be final
• ACE reserves the right to vary, modify or change this Guarantee herein due to change(s) in availability of services, products and/or spare parts or for the purposes of complying with applicable policies, rules, regulations and law, with or without notice.
• This Guarantee and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Qatar.
